- Communicating with you as you authorized at submission.
- Sending marketing communications — only if you gave separate, affirmative consent.
4. Text messaging (SMS/MMS) and consent
When you provide a mobile number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from FindAHUDConsultant.com, operated by G-11 Enterprises Inc.
- Project messages. Messages about a project you submitted — review status, requests for information, access and scheduling coordination, and document delivery. Message frequency varies with your project's activity.
- Marketing messages. Renovation-loan resources and updates, sent only if you gave separate, affirmative opt-in. Message frequency varies; generally no more than a few messages per month.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any service from us.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with subcontractors acting as our service providers (such as our CRM and messaging platform) solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you asked to receive.
5. Sharing
We share information with service providers who host our website, operate our CRM, and deliver messages on our behalf, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Referral partners receive only the status updates described at the time of submission.
